We are required by law to charge sales tax to california residents: for international shipments, arrangements for payment of taxes and duties are sole responsibility of customer upon receival of goods. Policy for gifts, taxes &duties varies for each country and is regulated outside our boundaries.

  • If for any reason our product does not meet your expectation, you may return for a refund within 2 weeks or 14 days from date of purchase.
  • Regrettably the original shipping fee is not refundable as shipping charges are direct shipping charges via shipping companies, on our end all handling/ processing & misc fees are waived as well, to make this process as economical as possible for our clients.
  • To initiate a return kindly email us at support@skinbiotonix.com with order number, and date of purchase, we will advise you with instructions to process your return. Processing time for returns takes up to 7 working days from the time returns are received.
  • In the event of any perceived abuse (s) of this satisfaction Guarantee, while we make sure all our customers receive highest service, however, it will be determined at sole discretion of Skin Biotonix , and a return may not be honored.

  • Product purchases, below $ 50.00 are subject to shipping charge. Shipping charges are based on minimum base price per box +weight + your destination zip code.
  • As an additional service to our clients and, to maintain shipping charges economical and affordable, we waive all our shipping/handling and processing fees on our end.
  • SHIPPING CHARGE FOR PRODUCTS LESS THAN $50.00 ($5.00 for first item and $3.00 for additional item up to $50.00. $50.00 Or more are waived and FREE of charge with USPS first class mail and will reach destinations within 3-7 working days upon departure.
  • All Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days upon payments.
  • Orders received during weekend, and holidays depending on what time of the day purchased will follow same 3 business day protocol.
  • Once your order is processed you will receive an email notification for your purchase, where you can track your order.
  • After you order is placed, you will receive a notification via email for your purchase.
  • When your order is processed, you will receive a follow up email with tracking information available to you to check status of your order.
  • Please note that USPS tracking may not be available up to 12 business hours after order has been processed and shipped.

CANADA: Shipping charges to Canada via USPS first class mail = 6.75 first item add $3.00 for each additional item: for multiple items please contact us for quote via priority mail.
Europe :Shipping via first class mail $9.50 , add $3.00 for each additional item.
Australia:shipping via first class mail $10.00 , add $3.00 for each additional item for items 2lbs or more please contact for quote.
Mexico:shipping via first class mail $7.00 add $3.00 for each additional item.
South America:Shipping charge within U.S.A $6.00 , ADD $3.00 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM.

  • When possible order requests for overnight, & 2nd day express service will be processed same day if received by 11.00 o ‘ clock in the morning.
  • However, please contact us prior to purchase for quote on expedited shipping, your destination, & items of interest, to ensure your order is processed accordingly.
